Getting started on your videos is simple. The very first step is that we need you to click on the 'Contact Us' tab above and let us know that you're interested in having a video made.
Next, while you're waiting to hear back from us (and it won't be long, we promise), start gathering up the pictures, and video clips if you have some, that you would like to have included in your video. It's best to know what KIND of video you want made first... wedding, vacation, kids over the years, etc... then gather pictures that fit that video. If your pictures aren't digital they will need to be scanned into your computer. If you don't have a scanner, perhaps someone you know does and would let you borrow it? If this is not an option, you can mail your pictures to us and they will be returned to you along with your completed video. We just prefer them to be scanned into your own computer to cut down on the chance of something happening to them along the way. We always feel better knowing your precious photos are in YOUR care and not the postal services nor ours. :)
Once you let us know you would like a video we will send you an invitation via email to 'Dropbox'. Accept this invitation (it's free and easy) and begin 'dropping' any pictures and video clips you would like used in your video. Also, if you have any short sayings you would like included, please email them to us along with which pictures each saying goes with.
And that's it! We'll take it from there! Depending on the number of orders before you, your video will be ready in approximately 4-6 weeks and will come to you on DVD in a protective case. We will also email you a link to your video so you can share it online anywhere you like.
